I had a wonderful afternoon at this pub and was looking forward to returning for a final drink since it's conveniently located near our hotel. When I asked the bar staff about the closing time, they informed me that we could come back until 11 PM. However, when we arrived at 10:30 PM, we were told that the last entry was actually at 10 PM. Typically, I wouldn't let this affect my rating, but since my wife is in a wheelchair, navigating between pubs and retracing our steps on the cobbled streets of St Ives is quite challenging. We based our plans on the information provided by the staff. Overall, I would rate the service a 3 and the atmosphere a 4.
