Today, I placed a $50 order and one of the items I specifically requested was missing. When I called to report this, I was first told there was nothing they could do. If I wanted the missing item, I would have to place a new order. When I asked to speak with the manager, who identified himself as Jaer, he claimed to be too busy but assured me I would receive the missing item soon. After waiting two hours, I called back only to be told by the manager that they were still busy and couldn’t send the missing item. He also mentioned that it wasn't their problem if I was unhappy with their service. I plan to reach out to corporate about this issue, but I wanted to warn others about this restaurant. If you can, please avoid it.

The people that work here are very kind and helpful. Mary is sooooo nice.

Overprice and flavorless. Order a egg and bacon burrito for breakfast.It was the size of the taco bell dollar menu burrito except theirs was $9 bucks. Order a toasted Crouzon, i receive a charcoal crouzon, the cheesesteak was one of the least flavorful things i ever had, only seasoning it had was salt. For a franchise this place is one of the worse bagel spots i ever been too, ill stick with mom and pops shops. i wont recommended, even the cream cheese had no flavor. If you ever go to jersey city pick up some goya adobo shishh.
