Car Barn Restaurant - Wheatley

Food was cafeteria quality, service reminded of a scene from Alice. Asked why it's named the Car Barn. Wait staff did not know. Neither did I as there's no sign of anything Car inside.

Always great food and Service, My Moving Crew Eat Here regularly for years! Thank you Also Get together for breakfast with my Dad and Brothers quite a bit it’s the only place my 84 year old Dad will go!

We have been going to the barn for several years and the people are right. It is an old building and needs new decor. We went there on Sunday Jan 13 for dinner. The waitresses, Alexa and Dawn provided excellent service. Alexa was our waitress and inquired several times if everything was satisfactory and it was. The broasted chicken was delicious. I looked around and observed some renovations which would make the place look better a new ceiling and floor. You must keep the old look since this building fits in the area which is an old town.

Many years ago when camping in Wheatley we went to the Car Barn Restaurant. We decided to go for a drive to Wheatley to see how it has changed and stopped in for lunch. My husband had a burger and I had a chicken burger. It was very good. Real Ground Beef and Real Chicken. Very Good Fries. Staff was great. Food was hot. We will go back.

I visited this restaurant with my girlfriend for a drink. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of service and selection. It wouldn't be too difficult for them to offer a better variety of mixers for their liquor selection, but unfortunately they do not.
