Taylor's Fish Chips - Wheatley

Every year, my sister and I treat ourselves at this place. We usually order the twenty-piece shrimp platter, and sometimes we'll get the fries too. We enjoy heading to Wheatley Marina to savor our delicious shrimp while overlooking the lake, sharing leftover tails and fries with the seagulls. We've had this tradition for a few years now. Even though we're both getting older, we still look forward to those weekends when we can indulge ourselves there. The yellow perch dinner is also excellent. I finally convinced my sister to try the walleye, and she wondered why I hadn’t suggested it earlier this year. If you're looking for something meaty and fresh for a change, walleye is a fantastic option. I highly recommend Taylor's Food Truck to all my friends and family, and I bring it up whenever I can in conversation.

Some of the fresh fish needs to be improved. The cash was the best part. You won't find prices like this anywhere from Port Dover. We also tried the Walleye; it wasn't my favorite, but it was well cooked. I'll definitely return whenever I'm in the area.

The outdoor dining experience here is a perfect 10/10. The food is excellent, reasonably priced, and delicious—especially the Walleye. Make sure to bring cash for your visit. I appreciate having the sauces readily available as needed. We definitely plan to return to Wheatley for Taylor's fish and chips!

The best tasting I ever had! It's clean, though in the open food tent. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. A must for fish and chip lovers go.

They are cash only and we drove all over Wheatley trying to find a bank machine and there aren?t any. Both the RBC and manulife are not accessible. Even tried the one out by the arena and it is not open. We tried but we are really disappointed that we drove all over the place for nothing.
