I have only written two reviews previously for other business operations, (not this one), and they were both positive. It takes a lot to get me motivated to write a bad one, but this location has earned it. As I read the other reviews I can relate to the comments on the lady in the drive thru window and how rude and unprofessional her behavior is. I've been going to this location for years and have endured without complaining. Today is the second day in a row that she gave me the wrong coffee order. My order is sooo simple, large coffee with cream. Unfortunately yesterday it wasn't until I was home and tasting it did I realize their mistake. I had to drive all the way back to exchange it. I went to this location with some trepidation today and after receiving the coffee and moving out of the drive thru so other people behind me would not be delayed, I checked the order. To my surprise it was wrong again! I went into the store to complain and there were 5 people working there, I got all of their attention. I told them that this was two days in a row, for a simple order! The mean lady at the window gave evil stares, the female mgr. simply stated the guy who took the order forgot to put it in the system. No apologies from either one of them. No offer to make it complimentary or offer some future incentive to return to this location. Therefore I won't, and I highly suggest you don't either. But if you do, CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU DRIVE AWAY!!!

Came here for a specific donut. They demanded that I order at the kiosk. The kiosk let me order the donut and took my money. After they had my money, they told me they didn't have the donut. Will not return.
