I placed a large order and was informed it would be delivered within 10 days. Unfortunately, my order was shipped after 22 days. I tried to reach out multiple times via email and phone, but no one answered my calls. The cookies are fantastic, and I’m sure the service is great for local customers. However, I wouldn’t recommend them for orders outside the local area.

Funny story: I live in Los Angeles, and my friend ended up with some Joey’s Cookies from his work. These cookies were so ridiculously delicious I had to investigate. Imagine my surprise when I learned they were from a small company just north of my home town in Illinois! I know what I’m getting people for Christmas now!
