Shoeless Joe's - Whitby

I have not dined at this restaurant, so I cannot provide feedback on the food. However, based on observing the meals of other patrons during my visit, the food appears to be appealing.

The restaurant offers a selection of Molson beer products, but does not have any craft beers on hand. However, there are plenty of locally brewed options to choose from.

The nachos are large and delicious. The burger and fries are also tasty. However, the portion of fries was rather small. The gluten-free bun is satisfactory.

We thought we'd drop by after the Blue Jays game - it was early (5.30pm).The place was very quiet.The wait staff was ok. Attentive by not overly friendly. I asked for the special (Korean) dish which was in the menu but wasn't available as the menu is ending Monday.My wife asked for the Lemon Chicken Quinoa bowl.... made with regular chicken.It came as ordered but swimming in butter. She sent it back.They switched it, but the chicken was very bland.I ordered the wing dish. The wings are advertised as large.....they were barely average. You could easily see that they had been briefly tossed in the requested flavouring. Another disappointment. Overall a 1 star is generous for the food.We will not be back.

A group of 6 came for dinner. 3 ordered chicken which in all cases were overcooked and in general all the food delivered was not warm more on the cool side lukewarm type of temperature. Service was slow particularly for the desserts. It will be awhile before I come back.
