Mcdonald's - White Hall

It took 15 minutes to get my food, when it was empty in there. We got breakfast and it was uncooked, so we sent it back and they gave new food that was still uncooked. Do not recommend!

Stood at checkout for 15 minutes waiting to acknowledged. My child had a coupon she earned from school for reading. She wanted to use it. They blatantly ignored us. Horrible customer service.

Wow...first time in my life just got a burndt big mac. Should've known better waiting 10 minutes. Cold fries, cold burndt burgers and patty size smaller than a regular hamburger...how is that even possible? Never
