Ej's - White House

There is nothing we don't love to eat at EJ's! Jalapeño Cheddar burger with sweet potato fries and cinnamon butter is by far my absofavo! Chicken tender plate is huge and even my teenage boy doesn't finish it (yay for leftovers! . Breakfasts are ginormous and delish. Champagne flight is a must. Service is pretty solid and they get really busy, so have some patience. Music in bar is nice but can overpower, so sometimes we choose to sit in the main room so we can converse with each other. They have lots of theme nights to draw people in, so go take advantage of it!

Took way too long to seat us. They cross us off without calling us and if I hadn't checked we never would have been sat. Waitress was rude to us at first and wasn't very attentive. Coffee was burnt or something but was gross, had to wave down a separate waitress to get it fixed cause ours was no where to be found. Food was decent but took a long time to arrive. Not somewhere I would seek out.

Got up and walked out. Waitress was very snotty. Did not get menu so I ask for one, she tapped the table that had a scan on your phone. I told her I prefer a paper menu she was not happy about that but did bring me one with no prices on it. Guess I am old school but I expect polite service and a menu with prices. Guess EJ's has plenty of business without mine.

Husband and i loved this place : it's cute, it's clean, it's DELICIOUS. Those breakfast potatoes had me on cloud 9 but you won't ever get a bad meal here. The only reason we had leftovers was bc our eyes were bigger than our tummies !

Very cute little hole in the wall, however, I’ve never had my order so mixed up after coming out. Ordered a salad with chicken, asked for fried chicken, came out with grilled. No cheese was on my salad. Salad was kind of like warm. Girlfriend got the club, asked for mayo on the side, mayo came out on the sandwich and no tomato. I don’t know what’s going on back in the kitchen but they need to keep a menu or something handy like that back there to make sure everything is coming out right. Food was okay.
