Willaby's Cafe - White Stone

My whole family absolutely loves the food. The staff is always great, never flustered during busy times…and great with my little ones. The only complaint is it’s so damned hard to tell when they are gonna be open. Google maps says one thing, their website says another, and reality is neither of those. We are about a 40 min drive coming from Heathsville so we try to do Wal Mart and Willabys in the same run. But so many time we pull up and they are closed. Just wish there was a reliable way to see their actual hours. Still, the waffle fries and burgers alone are worth the trek. Much tastier than the overpriced N&N burger in Tappahannock.

Can't beat the view, but it's just average seafood diner fare. Might have been better back in the day, seems to be resting on reputation a bit.

If you can, schedule a meal at sunset! This local find is decorated with quirky items. the booths are pews from churches. The food was good, however they were out of meatloaf....

What a great little restaurant! We got a burger and the pulled pork sandwich. Both were delicious! I also like the fact they had local beers on tap and they smoked their pork and ribs in house. We also had a gorgeous view of the river during sunset! We will definitely be back!

Everything was great but the food. Over cooked shrimp. Ribs that were dry as a bone and tiny.
