Church's Texas Chicken - Whitehall

We went 2 days ago on Tuesday around 130 pm and they got my order right and was nice . I was the only car there. And my food was fresh !!!!!!!

Hadn 't been to Church 's in years and decided to give it a try yesterday. What a mistake. One car ahead of us in the drive thru and was in the line for nearly a half hour. Didn 't have spicy chicken, the smoked chicken special advertised, no Coke, no ice, just ridiculous. 3 piece whole wing meal on the menu says it came with a large drink... I was given a regular sized drink and when I asked about it I was told you didn 't ask for large . I 'm like, the menu says that 's what it comes with. Smh. Irritating. Got home and also discovered one of my sides was not in the bag either. Never again!

Stopped here only to find the inside was closed and only the drive thru was open. The line was wrapped around the building and out on the Main St. Each car that pulled up to the speaker sat there at least 20-25 minutes before someone from the inside acknowledged them. Then when they gave their order and pulled up to the window, they sat there for an additional 20-25 minutes. Many ppl in the line sat there longer than what they should have. Someone needs to address these issues, this was absolutely terrible. Such a Turn Off!

Got a family sized okra and this is what I received it wasn’t even warm ?

Drove 30 minutes for jalepeno bombers that they burnt ordered large fry that definitely wasn't a large no peppers in with my chicken biscuit was hard and no untensils were given I am so done and will NEVER spend money here again this place has go e down tremendously I see why the others closed and this one needs to be next something fishy about when paying too I'll be watching my account
