Bidra med feedbackI don't know how many times I have came to this pharmacy at 8:30 in the morning and their drive thru isn't open. Seriously?? Your not slammed at this time of day so why not have it open. What's the difference if someone is sitting at your window or standing at your counter. For a lot of people, especially elderly people, having to go all the way inside just to get their meds isn't an easy task smh
Great store clean and the staff was very helpful, I used a Kroger gift card for the first time in the self check out.
Used to be a decent store but had taken a nose dive in recent months. Went in tonight to the liquor store and paid cash. I was told that there was no change so he shortchanged me about forty cents. My problem is, you do that enough times and Krogers has made a nice little profit for the day. The clerk was very rude and I just paid and walked out. I called the customer service department and was told that there was not enough change in the store. I guess no one was available to go to the bank to get enough change. I'm done with this store. Shopping used to be a happy experience but this store turns it into a nightmare.
Managment needs help at this store. its the only kroger store location i put stuff back at outa frustration and leave...
While waiting, we attempted to engage in some light conversation, but our efforts went completely unacknowledged. Neither the cashier nor the young woman bagging our items showed any recognition of our presence. I also wanted to ensure that my rewards card was applied to the transaction, but instead, the cashier chose that moment to start texting on her phone rather than assisting me. During this time, the bagger was openly complaining to the cashier about working with someone named Miss Cheryl, expressing her dissatisfaction with her job. It was disappointing to witness the cashier joining in on the complaints about her work situation. In the end, I ended up overpaying, and my rewards card was not applied at all. It's hard to believe they would grumble about their jobs, especially when so many people are struggling to find work. I would suggest that both of these employees consider resigning, as there are many individuals who would greatly appreciate the opportunity to be employed. Kroger, you can do better than this.
