Starbucks - Whitehorse

I've lived here for a year and have gone to this Starbucks several times and I have never had a good experience. My drinks are always made wrong and it's always a 30+ minute wait, regardless of whether you go in, preorder or go through the drive thru. I'm finally done, this place has broken my Starbucks addiction.

Visited this past Saturday night around 10 pm. Only been to Starbucks like, 4 times in my life so didn’t have high expectations.The atmosphere was nice, no lines and the staff was friendly.I ordered a slice of bread, delicious!And I ordered a Pumpkin Iced Chai tea and forgot to request an alternative milk beverage. I asked them about paying for the change, though the individual with short black curly hair was super nice and didn’t accept that I would pay the difference. I tried to explain it was my mistake, and didn’t want to cheap out. Though that individual made it with oak and said it was already made. Kudos to them! (And the drink was delicious!

The coffee is great but so far I ordered two egg sandwiches and they both had eggshells in them it isn't very appealing wish they would do better with that because I would keep ordering if there weren't eggshells in my

This cafe is soo filthy. Staff looks like they are force to work here. They barely smile. Seems like your ordering into an automated machine LOL! No eye contact, no greetings, no engagement to the customers. Service is always a slowpoke!It wasn't like before (4yrs ago). Management needs to take an action?????

Slow. But not without effort by one employee. This person went above and beyond to help, but as she was working the window, she wasn't able to take our order thru to completion.The other staff member on bar was more interested in having a conversation with someone standing by the pick up counter. Only doing their job when a hot drink came through. Leaving the other person to cover the rest of the service.
