Bidra med feedbackThe food was super good and the people were very the grill is much better than my usual spots around the country when I came home, we ate dinner and let some on the table after letting the dogs try some to jump on the table and acrobatic steps to get the remains!! can not wait to come back and buy more when I return to New York! The catering menu also previews to plan my next party already!! Thank you guys incredible bride....
My husband coveted Bar B Que and there is really not much in the larger Ithaca area. So we made the trip east to Steve's in Whitney Point and we're glad we made it! While the entire experience was 5 stars, the service was exceptional. Jennifer was a pleasure, with and only a good person who let you come back. Your pleasant criminal with Steve on the back was funny and tells you that they will certainly enjoy what they do. I mentioned that it was my husband's birthday, and she added a surprise to our order, which was very appreciated and delicious. We took a picnic to the Dorchester Park and it was a great environment. My husband had the 1/2 ribs, beans and frits and it was extraordinary. Meaty, big sauce and a large part. As a vegetarian I had Norma Jeans black bean burger and it is at the top of the class. Tasted with a large texture it was delicious and it is worth coming back for itself. All in all, great people, great food at a great price. The type of business you support WANT and have them successfully. Thanks Steve and Jennifer!
The best bbq in the state!!! I love bbq and try new places every chance I get. This place is absolutely amazing! I got pit beef and brisket with beans and mac, I wish I bought more!!!
The staff is incredibly friendly, and the BBQ is absolutely delicious, all at a surprisingly affordable price. If you're stopping off the highway for lunch, it would be a mistake to choose one of the fast food options.
If you're on the hunt for great BBQ near Ithaca, Steve's is just a half-hour drive and definitely worth the trip. The ribs had a unique flavor, as if they were deep-fried and coated in a tangy house BBQ sauce. It stood out from other sauces I've tried, as it was more vinegar-based and savory, rather than sweet and sugary. I really enjoyed it!
