Always go thru drive thru and everyone is a pleasure to work with. Pickup items when we have meetings at Church and so appreciative of their promptness and willing to make everything right.

Always a fan of biscuitville, and this is one of the better locations around. Fast friendly service.

First time visiting a Biscuitville and was greeted by Jay as soon as we walked in. Took us a minute to decide, I ordered the Pancake platter with eggs, bacon and a side of grits, my daughter ordered the chicken biscuit and fries. She also had the Iced coffee. Jay came by our table to make sure everything was ok which my pancakes were actually cold to touch and the butter didn't melt. When I mentioned this to Jay, he asked if I wanted another order and brought me HOT pancakes. I appreciate Jay going over and beyond with customer service
