Arby's - Wichita East

The guy took drive through order first was short staffed we waited about 10 minutes to have order taken. Was not very polite. Food was good. Had roast beef and cheddar.

Clearly Arby’s did not have the meats today. I’m not sure what happened here but looks like my Turkey bacon ranch wrap somehow turned itself into a meatless chicken sandwich. Do better!!

I’m giving this Arbys 5 stars because of the excellent customer service. I’ve lived in this area for almost three years now, and every time I’ve gone to this location, the employees are so polite and welcoming. Whoever the manager is that runs this location deserves a raise for training awesome employees! And the employees deserve one as well! By far the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a fast food joint.

Its just not good anymore. The bread is dry. The roast beef was dry and hard around the edges. The food is cold or microwaved. I 've given them several 'second chances ' and lately its just bad everytime.
