Cheezies Pizza Wichita, Ks (downtown)

Great place. Cheap good pizza. This is a Cheeseburger pizza, which is how I judge a pizza place. It is to the pizza joint as a Reuben is to a sandwich shop. I ate all but 2 pieces in one sitting. It's not crazy gourmet or anything, but for the price, you can't beat it.

Three stars for another place that shows as being open but isn’t. Edit after business response: We stopped by yesterday (Saturday) at 8pm sharp, Google states you’re open till 9, but there wasn’t so much as a light on inside. This happens -constantly- these days… Businesses shorten their hours and never update Google. It gets so old when you have three kids everywhere you go and sometimes literally run into three places in a row that aren’t open when they say they are. It happened again today for lunch. That’s time and gas wasted for people who just want to give you their business. Please just update as appropriate.

This place is a jewel. Seriously underestimated and deserves to be much more popular than it is. Their pizzas are super cheap (I think it's $5 for a big 1-topping), but they taste much better than places that are twice as expensive (or more). Their calzones are also literally amazing. My fiancé said it was the best she ever tasted. Very recommended.

Delicious sauce for starters. You can tell by the quality of the pizza that they care about what they are making! Plus the pricing is great

I just ordered here for the first time today! I don't order out or leave reviews often but this is definitely worth a try if you haven't been there. The food is great, and the nice lady at the counter made sure she had my order right before I left. I'll be back!
