Bidra med feedbackThis used to be a great spot known for its quality, but now the sandwiches are slow and poorly made.
When our orders were ready, the staff just placed them on the counter and called our names. I was excited to get my sandwich because the one I had from the other place was fantastic. However, the bread here didn’t look appealing—some rolls were slightly burnt and darker than usual. Unfortunately, the meat in my sandwich was still cold. After a few bites, I decided to take it back and ask if they could heat it up. The staff member agreed, but instead of warming the whole sandwich, he stuck it on the counter and yelled for me to collect it when it was ready. Another person brought it to me, but they had just heated the meat and returned my sandwich missing a few bites. Although the meat was a bit warmer this time, I didn't feel it was fully warmed through. Later, the person who delivered my lunch asked if it was better, and I reluctantly said something to that effect. I also sent my partner to get me a tea, but they handed him a cup only to tell him they were out of tea. We had to wait about five minutes, and by then I was a little disheartened. We definitely won’t be coming back to this place. The location at the new market square is significantly better!
The prices are a bit high, and you can't customize your order. The sandwich was decent, but there are better options just a short distance away.
I’ll start with the soda machine being broke along with the ice and water machine. The only option was room temperature tea. Add that with the fact that the staff were a disaster. The cashier with pink and green hair in a pony tail that went on the front of her face acted like she had no clue what she was doing and had to repeat myself multiple times. The girl making our food had multi color glasses and a choker that screamed “I need attention” while taking a little over 15 min to make two sandwiches. I used to love this location but clearly pride of ownership and hiring people that cared what the looked like is not a priority anymore.
Says they pick up online. when I called the dame, she said they could and I was very specific that I wanted the crab side to pick up. I called back after the look over the menu and the second different dame that answers so they don't do to pick up and they have to come to pick up. if they do not offer this, they must remove it from their website! please also educate all their employees what they do and not allow. I can't come physically to order or pick up, so this was extremely frustrating as why I left this review
