Saltgrass Steak House - Wichita

My wife and I went on a Sunday around 5pm. It wasn't overly busy and the service was fast and consistent. The price is a little on the higher side $17-30 for most menu items but the portions were large enough to make up for it, everything was delicious and we will definitely be going again!

We had a great server on this visit. Very attentive, very knowledgeable about menu items, made great suggestions to our group. We were very pleased with our dinner selections. Will make a effort to come back to this restaurant when I come back to

Very fancy eatery. I ordered their blackened salmon with their smoked Mac and Cheese. The salmon was cooked to perfection and I could taste the individual spices and the olive oil it was cooked in. The Mac and Cheese was delicious yet spicy, it was a white cheese mac with bread crumbs and bacon, very smokey like a hickory smoke with the spice of what I'd assume to be a cajun inspired seasoning. I also had some of their bread they offer, it was a light and fluffy french bread served with a sweet smooth butter spread. My other side dish I recieved was a salad with blue cheese, the vegetables were crisp and varied in color while the blue cheese was pungent and fruity. The staff member who was serving me put pepper and salt on my dish for me, and when I was ready for it to be in a box he plated it nicely in the box for me. Only problem I had was that most staff seemed like they were rushing.

Food was phenomenal. Service was great. Just crowded for the pricing.Chips and queso were amazing- highly recommend. But the broccoli wasn't fully cooked and mashed potatoes tasted like box mashed potatoes- not real potatoes.

Not my first time at this restaurant but my first time at this location. Placed a pick up order over the phone. Food was ready within 15 minutes. Check out was super easy and fast at pick up. Steak was perfectly cooked to my liking and the baked potato soup was delicious.
