Wendy's - Wichita

You're still a little slow, but I think it's gonna be better. Grilled chicken #8 was good and fresh, no salt on the frits, but that could be a good thing in the long term.

Been here 3 times. You'll wait for at least 10 minutes if not longer so don't come here unless you have lots of time. The seating is supposed to be more modern I guess but really it's a waste of space. Only a few good tables to sit at. This time my order sat there made for about 5 minutes before someone came along to put it all together and hand it to me. Everyone was working but it's like everyone has only one job and that's all they can do. One guy just stands there making fries. Another just sandwiches while another is just register. I guess the one that hands it out was on break so the whole system fell apart. Food was normal Wendy's thankfully. Maybe drive thru is faster?

This new Wendy's is a great addition to the south side. The food is quite good, although it can occasionally feel a bit rushed. Sometimes, the sandwiches come out a little squished. I noticed the quality seemed better when there were a few more experienced staff members on duty. While the younger employees are efficient, it feels like there’s a bit less attention to detail. Just a reminder to everyone—don’t cut corners on that slogan!

As I got closer to the front of the line, I noticed the hostess working hard without showing any signs of fatigue or lack of care for the customers. It was clear that this was a seasoned, well-coordinated team diligently getting the job done. When I reached the window, I never felt rushed at any point. My order was perfect, and Evelynn, along with her team of three, truly deserves all the praise they can receive. This is a restaurant that Wendy's corporate should be very proud of.

I was very disappointed with my experience. I waited about 20 minutes for my food, which wouldn't have been a big deal if it had been fresh. Unfortunately, what I received were stale, greasy fries, and my burger wasn't cooked all the way through and also tasted of old grease. I won't be eating there again. It's quite sad that I ended up going across the street to McDonald's, where I received my order quickly, hot, and fresh.
