The best BBQ ever! Tender, tasty, everything was wonderful! Would have taken a picture but we ate too fast as it smelled and tasted lovely! We will be back soon! Must check it out
We were on our way to Laughlin and decided to stop in because with a name like Onery Hog BBQ it had to be good. It really was! Pulled pork tasty and delicious. Potato salad was standard bbq beans had a spicy kick in a good way and coleslaw on my sandwich was excellent. My friend opted for no coleslaw and really liked his sandwich too. Bottles or cans for your drinks here nothing fancy. Service was friendly and really quick. We will be back thanks again for a great meal!
I love BBQ and smoking meats and also visit BBQ places to get ideas and see how my skills compare. Reading an article about the top food establishments in Arizona, I found that this place is ranked as the best in AZ, so I had to try it. The Wife and I live in Waddell, AZ, that is just south of Surprise, and we made a trip to Wickenburg, and several more with friends, just to have lunch here. The Review: Cozy and friendly. The owners and there staff are friendly and make you feel as if you are a long time friend. The prices are on point for a fine meat smoking, pouring your heart and soul in to your work kind of place. The food, nothing but exceptional! The brisket is tender and full of flavor, the ribs beg you to let them melt in your mouth and burst with smokey love. The sausage has a kick, coleslaw is amazing, potato salad, which I am not normally a fan of, has a pleasant and smooth tastes and is not over powered by the mustard and is well balanced in seasonings. The cowboy beans will spice up your pallet with it added jalapeno for a twist. I have not tried the pulled pork yet, or any of the sandwiches but I will on future visits.
If you like pulled pork, sweet n spicy sausage, with a side of brown sugared bourbon baked beans, prime rib with a side of cole slaw and a hot baked potato…well this place hits the spot!
