The first time we left. Loved the place and the food was brilliant

Food and service was great!! Our waitress was great, friendly and polite. The manager was great too! The manager came out to see how everything was and she helped the waiters. I'll be back when I'm in the area.

One of the best burgers I've had for a long time. And the steakries were beautiful and crispy, not so tender. Burgers are a bIt expensive but well worth it, especially with unlimited sides (choose between steakries, boiler chips, steamed broccoli or a garden salad). There are some other unlimited pages that have an additional cost $1.99. Our waiter was Taylor and he was very attentive to our needs. Definitely recommend Red Robin.

Looks like a great place to eat, but we'll never know. We sat. 15 minutes later, no server had ever appeared so that we've spied someone with tables over the service, she said she'd get someone. Seven more minutes. We wanted to go and the manager came. (We hadn't asked for one.) She didn't provide an explanation for the delay, but tried appetizers. We said we didn't want any free stuff, only service. She said it would be 15 to 20 minutes for food after our order went and it would take a while before someone took our order. We gave up and went. Instead of the restaurant next door. Very disappointed.

Most recently, We visited on Labor day, Our waitress was fantastic, very knowledgeable on the menu recommendations. She continually stopped by to make sure that we were OK if we needed anything, Had a new water even before I need one! My burger was outstanding, with unlimited steak fries, I can't write YUM Big enough! Always a great experience, every visit! Noticed a sign when we were leaving, Red Robin would be closed the following day, for a mental health day for their employees! Bravo ?? for taking care of your staff Recognizing Mental health.
