Wendy's - Wilkes-Barre

I have had repeated issues with incorrect orders every time I've visited. The most disappointing experience involved them recycling fries and chicken nuggets. I stood there, having already touched my fries, and watched as they tossed the leftover fries and nuggets back into the serving pile. Additionally, I overheard the manager calling an employee a "dummy" and instructing them to clean something. I was shocked by their lack of respect for the food they serve, their employees, and their customers.

When I got to the window, I asked if I could add two items to my order and that I was willing to wait. Instead of helping me, she closed the window and started rubbing her face as if I had committed a terrible offense. When she finally opened the window again, she seemed annoyed and asked me what I wanted. I informed her that she had just closed the window, then she turned her back to me and told her coworkers what I wanted while angrily tapping on her screen to add the items to my order. I felt utterly embarrassed by the whole situation, which is saying a lot. Ultimately, I left without completing my order or making a payment. I will not be returning to that Wendy's again. Instead, I am heading to Burger King. This all happened within the last 30 minutes as I write this review, and I believe Wendy's should seriously reconsider the management and service at this particular location.

My fries were cold . My chicken sandwich was plain no cheese no lettuce nothing! Just a chicken pattie in between dry bread! My frosty was melted was afraid to even try it) I will never even spend another cent in that place.

Employees arguing and cussing. Could not get order right and was very unsanitary. Worst Wendy's by far. Needs to be shut down or at the very least, a refresh cus this is sad.

The restaurant was quite empty, with only about four people there around 4 PM. It felt a bit lifeless, and the food was average—on par with what you would expect from any Wendy's. Rating: 3/5.
