Fat Tuna Grill Oyster House

Was in the area for vacation, looking for some good seafood. This is the place to be!!! Everything is good. From the hush puppies and corn bread to the dessert!! You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. They have sooo many options which is great. Their sauces are great too. Anything you get, you will not be disappointed. The drinks are strong (as they should be) and the staff is nice and patient with you. All I can say is, I wish I could take this restaurant back home with me!!!

On vacation from Connecticut and decided to have lunch here. Fried seafood was way too greasy. We had the fried calamari for an appetizer and I had fried shrimp for the entrée, my wife had the salmon. Small portion on the salmon and tasteless. Fried shrimp as with the fried calamari were way too greasy. Waiter was very attentive and friendly. Atmosphere was very nice.

Had a great first time experince. We came to celebrate my mother 85th birthday and Heidi took very good sre of us. My husband loved the oster Rockefellers and enjoyed the raw ones. We got our appetizers out first, the entree came out shortly after hot and delicious. Loved the service and food.

All staff were very nice. The atmosphere was comfortable. Service was alright, had to ask for water refills a few times, usually a waiter/waitress picks up on this and does it automatically but not a big deal. Oysters were great! But, the rest of our food was disappointing. We had high hopes based on other reviews and the menu. The she crab soup we didn’t taste any crab and it was very thick, thicker than a chowder. The muscles were ok, not a lot of flavor in the sauce. We then shared the seafood boat and everything except the potatoes was overcooked, the potatoes were undercooked. I’d only return for the oysters.

Whole new staff than there was 2 months ago. Terrible take out experience. Wish the old staff was still there.
