Bidra med feedbackThe subway staff were really nice. I fought because whenever I tried to put the store in the app to get a cookie, every time he said that the store did not exist. However, the sandwich we ordered was made right and delicious. I'm going back to this place.
Just like the review below mine said, insect issues. She said flies flying around her food and in my case, there was a spider on my lunch partners' basket and in the logo signage on the inside. We received a refund for that part of the meal, but should have received one for the entire meal. Upon a revisit, one lady was order 5 or 6 subs with one person working while another sat in the lobby and watched the line form on 2/1/19. Then, he walked in the back and never came to the front to help. We decided to leave and will never return. Do not recommend this place to anyone.
"I visit this restaurant quite frequently, and some of the staff have remembered my favorite sub, which is great. However, I've noticed that they no longer use BBQ sauce. There are some cleanliness issues, as I've seen food on the floor, tables, and chairs/booths. They don't provide baskets anymore, so I have to open my sub directly, and there are no smaller cut options available."
The restaurant was beautiful and clean, and the food was just as expected. The two women working there were exceptional! They made our subs look fantastic. One of them even swapped out the tomatoes and cucumbers to match the pictures perfectly! Our kids thought it was wonderful!
The staff at this restaurant are incredibly efficient and professional, and they prepare outstanding sandwiches.
