Opa Grille - Williston Park

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was outstanding! I ordered the baby lamb chops with lemon potatoes and they were fantastic. I dined in for dinner and the price per person ranged from $30 to $50. I highly recommend trying their soup as well.

A woman named Christina then arrived and asked for her order. Kevin informed her that I had paid for her food, and since I had used gift cards, he couldn't refund the money to them. Christina then offered to pay me back in cash for the amount I had spent on her order, which was $53.00. So, that issue was resolved and I got my money back. However, I had to reorder my food because there was no record of it in the system. I had to call home to figure out the exact items I had ordered so I could reorder them. It seemed like all the takeout orders were experiencing some sort of issue that night. Some were given out incorrectly, and others were missing items. One person returned with the wrong order, and it ended up being given to a waiting customer. It was a complete mess. I spent over 45 minutes in the restaurant dealing with all these problems only to receive a 15% discount in the end. To add to the frustration, my reordered food was also messed up - I had ordered a gyro with just meat, but it came with lettuce, tomato, and onions (which my kids don't eat). I left feeling very disappointed and have no plans to return. This is not how you should treat a customer, especially one who was patient through all the mistakes.

The food at this restaurant is delightful, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I dined in for lunch and was very satisfied with the overall experience. The price per person is between $20 and $30, which is very reasonable for the quality of food. I would rate the food a 5, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 5.
