Domino's Pizza - Williston

I love there pizza Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

2 1/2 hours for delivery?5 miles away! Called said pizza was under lights! Unacceptable! Terrible! Service: 1

I tried calling in. The person did not speak clear English. I was at a local establishment that I have had several pizzia delivered before with out giving the address. Now they wouldn't take my order and wanted to transfer me to a national line. I asked to speak to a manager at least 5 times. She would not get a manager. I had to leave my friends and drive to the store. They team was gathered around laughing and said that must be her. I announced in a loud voice yes it is her. I spoke to someone who was assuming to be a manager. She kept saying she had to have an address. I told her that was Incorret because we have had several deliveries there before with out the address. We are under new franchise. I said in the last week. I will never get anything from Dominos ever again. My family will not get anything from there. I will pass this onto many businesses that I am associated with not to do business with you anymore. There was no customer service used or offered. No resolution. I am very angry and disappointed.

Consistently decent pizza across the chain. They just need to learn how to square cut a round pie. Hint; You don't start in the middle of the pie.

Its was okay, but whoever was making the pizzas tonight was the sauce police. Pizza was just straight bread and cheese.
