Famous Dave's -b-que - Williston

It is the only place to find me Grad A Texas style grill. So good that I miss home. I recommend the burned ends.

Food is good and the staff willing. They are our go to place when we have to feed a crew.

Wonderful BBQ joint, great service. Smoked ribeye was out of this world. Whatever they have going on in a pit must be borderline magical.

The staff here is incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive. Every meal I've had has been excellent. The smoked tea is quite delicate and unique. The team can't do enough for you; their politeness goes beyond just hoping for a tip. They genuinely care about ensuring you have a wonderful experience.

The ribs at this restaurant are absolutely delicious. We tried the St. Louis style ribs for the second time, and the food quality was consistently excellent. The draft beer was fresh, and we ordered an IPA and a Guinness. We also enjoyed the Brussels sprouts and mac and cheese. The ribs were simply perfect—juicy and flavorful enough that they don’t even need sauce, although the Devil Spit sauce is a great addition. Having worked in the oil fields and traveled to many places, I can confidently say that these ribs surpass the ones in western Texas! I highly recommend this place.
