Applebee's - Willoughby

We stopped at this Applebees on our way to Cleveland. No hostess. Ask a waiter and his rude response was he didn’t know where the staff or management was and he didn’t know what to tell us. We walked out. Totally unacceptable. Service: 1

My roommate and I went there for the dollar margs promotion and we were very disappointed. We were there for over 20 minutes and were not acknowledged once. There was no structure, no sense of urgency, no sense of care for anyone or anything. Not even with the servers, but with the management as well. Poor, poor service. Think hard before coming here. The food was awesome as usual...I didn't feel my waitress was as attentive as she should have been...
