Waffle House - Willoughby

The pros are that the food is always good here and it is always easy to get a table! The only con is that the total is always different even though we order the same amount of food each time. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Today, I went to the Willoughby location of Waffle House. The restaurant was crowded and there was only one waitress working. Despite being seated at a table that had not been cleared, a white group came in, removed the rope from the closed section, and sat down. The waitress went to serve them, ignoring me. When I mentioned that I was actually there first, she asked the other patrons if that was true. After confirming that I was there first, she rudely told me to wait or leave, pointing towards the door. I chose to leave.

The service at this restaurant was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, creating a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience. We would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for great service and a welcoming atmosphere.
