Ginger Garden - Willowick

In the day and age of paid delivery services it's hard to find a restaurant that is willing to do their own delivery. Especially sushi. I did not resubscribe to my delivery service which shall remain nameless. It was a waste of money and as someone who has formally worked in the restaurant business, restaurants are already hurting because of the pandemic they do not need to lose anymore of the profit. My biggest beef was the communication or lack of with my sushi restaurants. I'm usually good for a sushi deluxe but I hate salmon. Just a personal thing. I was able to call Ginger Garden and I was able to voice this to host. Not only did they did deliver it themselves and promptly but they replaced the salmon with more tuna. The sushi was fresh, delicious as was the miso soup and salad that came with it. Ginger Garden you just got yourself a regular customer and I urge anyone reading to try this restaurant themselves.

Terrible service. Ate here on 9/23 with a group of friends. Service was absolutely terrible BUT we still left a 15% tip on the 380 dollar bill. The server then he the audacity to confront us and tell us the tip was not enough for them. Talk about entitlement issues.... Wish I could take the entire tip back now. Will never return to this place. Even saw cockroaches on the floor below us and we didn't say anything. NOW WE WILL. Stay clear of this filthy place.

Well how great was THAT. Much nicer than a greasy takeout counter, but you can skip the tux and pearls. The food was delicious, fairly priced, and staff pleasant and helpful. If we were local, we'd go a lot. But for just passing through, we picked a stop totally worth it. Couldn't order off the drinks menu tonight because of the driving, but there were some awesome choices. Lots of parking available.

I enjoy this place immensely! The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and nice. I usually order their sushi or meals vs hibachi. I like yum yum sauce, and there aren 't any places near Marlborough that have it. Now that one of my favorite hangouts has closed, I see myself going to Ginger Garden more often.

Ordered for pick up I got the orange chicken which was good, I got the crab Ragu noon which was good, I got the big teriyaki sticks which was good, and I got the lobster sauce for my rice which I won't be able to try because the rice is extremely hard. The rice is very nasty and I'll never be buying that again but other than that everything else was good . It definitely sucks driving 20 minutes there just to get nasty rice but the rest was it
