Little Caesars Pizza - Willowick

They took my money from an online order. When I got there, the doors were locked and they cried through the window getting sick. Never. Also similiar experience last weekend. I and friends order over $50 food online. They canceled it and gave no refund....again.

I placed an order through their app on Saturday, September 17, 2023, around 8:30 AM for delivery. They informed me that the wait time would be about an hour. However, about 10 minutes later, they canceled my order—something I've noticed they've been doing frequently lately—and they kept my money. I tried to contact them to get a refund, as it was a decent order, but no one responded. I checked my account and saw that this was the first time I received a warning about an order being canceled. The previous orders I had canceled were smaller, so I hadn't noticed this issue before. So, just a heads up: when your order gets canceled, make sure to check that your bank account reflects the changes.

I ordered what was supposed to be the best pepperoni pizza on September 13, 2022, but what I got was just a standard pepperoni pizza. It had hardly any cheese and barely any pepperoni. I was very upset and disappointed. I needed to order some for the game on Sunday, but after the service and the quality of the food, I won’t be returning. The photo also shows the discrepancy.

Order online and get notified when your pizza enters the store portal for pick up. Nice add on when you don't want to wait in the lobby or car. Love it.

This is the first Little Caesar's where our order was fresh and hot. The wait for fresh pizza and cheese bread was only 10 minutes. The cashier was very friendly and the store was very clean. This location is top notch in my book. Thank you and please don't change.
