Mcdonald's - Wills Point

The staff at this restaurant are friendly, but... I usually order a decaf coffee in the mornings. The quickest I have received one was in 12 minutes, with an average wait time of 18 minutes. Today, I ordered one online and waited outside for 30 minutes with no notification from the app (just saying "preparing"). Come on, that's not really acceptable! The woman at the drive-thru speaker was fantastic! However, the service was slow and the food was only warm when we received it after waiting a long time. I initially thought maybe the French fries were still cooking, but the temperature showed that wasn't the case. The burgers also weren't hot, so I'm not sure why it took so long to get our order. Overall, the service was for takeout.

I felt compelled to write a review after my recent experience at this McDonald's. When I went through the drive-thru, it took 10 minutes just to be served. Then, the person taking our order switched, and we had to repeat everything. They also quoted us the wrong price. When we went to pay, they didn't give us our change and took an extra 5 minutes to open the window. As we were leaving, we realized they got our order wrong. I wanted to share this feedback so that McDonald's can make improvements, as this location had previously provided great service.

I don't go to McD very often but when I do I use the drive thru. And 99.9% of time the orders right. Nobody's perfect. Lol.. Employees are very friendly and thank you for the visit!
