The Greene Turtle Sports Bar Grille Wilmington

Had to wait 20 minutes for our “reservation”. The restaurant should not offer reservations if there not going to be honored.

I have been to this Greene Turtle numerous times and on this special occasion we had the worst service ever. For our party of 6 adults and 2 children, our apps came out for a few people prior to the main meal. The other half of our party received our apps WITH our main meal. As a result, our food got cold since we couldn't possibly eat it all at once. The server rarely came back to check on us. This was a birthday celebration and it really put a downer on the entire experience. I will NOT go back here for quite some time. There are plenty of other dining options with good service.

Service was not great. Dirty dishes sat on table almost the whole meal. Had to ask for beverage refills, did not anticipate our needs. Soup was not hot. Ordered a chicken Caesar wrap that was almost covered in butter around the outside; which I was not expecting for a healthier meal option.

First outing from Quarantine. It was nice to be out to eat. We sat outside, all safety procedures were followed. Seating was far apart, staff all wore face masks. Food was good.

My server was great i can not remember her know young African american you lady with short hair she did a great job
