If you’re looking for a loaf of bread for $1.49, you might as well head to Walmart, because the quality of this bread, cookies, muffins, biscotti, and dessert breads far surpasses anything you’ll find elsewhere! The staff is friendly and very accommodating, even when there’s a long line of eager customers. I've always been treated with kindness. They also offer special seasonal breads throughout the year, and you can place special orders to pick up from their menu. I highly encourage everyone to try this wonderful artisanal bakery. I was purchasing four rolls, which are priced at $1.25 each. A young woman behind the counter suggested that if I bought two more, it would be a better deal. I agreed, so I ended up with six rolls. However, I was charged over $9 instead of the expected $7.50. I was distracted by the pleasant atmosphere and left a generous tip without realizing the mistake until later. When I returned to clarify the situation, I was met with rudeness from the young woman. She dismissed my concerns with a sarcastic "if you say so" and tried to blame me for her error. Instead of refunding me for the extra roll I didn’t want, she only refunded one roll due to the supposed "discount." Ultimately, I bought more than I intended and paid more than necessary, all while encountering unprofessional behavior from the employee. I was quite friendly during the interaction, so her attitude caught me off guard. Since the employee didn’t take responsibility for her mistake, I’ll be avoiding this place until I see some appropriate action taken.
