You start with a base of greens, grains, or a combination of both. Then you add your choice of meat or veggies—like lamb meatballs, Greek chicken, or sweet potato. Next, you can pick dips such as tzatziki or hummus, followed by toppings like red corn, olives, cucumber, feta, or tomatoes and onions. I’ve just scratched the surface; you’ll have to check out the full menu! I enjoyed every bite, and it’s definitely something I could eat regularly without getting bored. The atmosphere is great, with both indoor and outdoor seating, and the music really adds to the vibe. They also have refreshing drink options, including cucumber-mint lemonade, various teas, and sodas. If you’re a fan of Greek or Mediterranean cuisine, you will absolutely love it. I can’t wait to plan my next visit and try another bowl!

Has potential if it wasn't formal and makes me sick. I had the worst stomach pain after eating cava before a week ago. it hurts to go. it dissolved, but sucked, but everyone has a free day, so I went back today. He was gumy, feta tasted like blue cheese, and the cauliflower was even more splashy (see picture). it takes weeks to form for cauliflower, as has it still happened?! really, with all the business and how cheap cauliflower is I not to see how this is the problem. I think it's how to keep eating. then I realized that the cauliflower is white, so it is probably the only place where they can see the shape.

Giving this place 4 stars in case I caught them on a bad day.This place has a lot of potential but it needs better management. The idea is solid and the food is tasty. Maybe it was because it was 4pm but the staff was moving slowly and uninterested in serving. The dining area was filthy—every single table was dirty and the floor hadn’t been swept in a while. Went to wipe a table for my family and napkins were out.The pita was good but there is potential for it to be great. Maybe grab a new bin of lettuce instead of scraping the bottom to put 4 pieces of wilted, slimy lettuce on. When you pay $10 for a pita, you should get something substantial.Otherwise it was flavorful and I loved the beverage selection. With the right management/staffing this place could be a favorite.

I understand your pay is above minimum wage, however I would very much love to be able to tip them without repercussions. They really deserve it.Your cooks and manager have been very accommodating to me while asking questions regarding allergens. Presence of any GMOs or pesticides should be made explicit to upper management or on your website.

Cava is my go-to spot for a clean, tasty, and healthy snack. I adore Mediterranean food, and this place offers some of the freshest options around.
