I love her Acai Bowls!!! I get mine with Banana, Blueberries, Peanut Butter and Flax Seeds...oh yes, the Granola is already included!! Your avocado tost is also good, I wish it came with 2 slices (haha)!

The customer service was excellent. The tea and smoothies were fantastic. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return when I'm in the city.

Homeless protection has better food. Disgusting service and terrible vibes here.

The food at this restaurant is amazing, and I would highly recommend it. However, the service was a big letdown. The woman with the dreadlocks seemed to be a manager, but instead of addressing my concerns about my order, she just smiled and asked me to pay for another bowl. I ended up going in and out of the store twice while waiting for my order to be completed. I noticed some distracting conversations among the staff that seemed to slow down their work. In short, if you're in customer service, it's important to be pleasant with customers under all circumstances. Also, a shoutout to the lady who paid for my new bowl! Overall, I'd visit for the food, but the service needs improvement.

I placed an order, but when it arrived, it was completely wrong! I informed the cashier, who called over a light-skinned woman that usually works there and took my order. She insisted that what I received was indeed what I had ordered. I explained that it wasn't what I had asked for, and I don’t even like granola, which was in the dish. She then snatched the order slip from the other employee and insisted that I was mistaken about my order. When she went to the back, she mentioned it would take a while, so I decided to cancel my order. I didn't want her preparing anything for me with that attitude. She really needs to improve her customer service skills; if she hadn’t been distracted by a side conversation while taking my order, maybe it would have been correct.
