Mcdonald's - Wilmington

The drive was quick and efficient, and my order was hot and accurate! Food rating: 5/5.

I visit this McDonald's frequently, and generally, things go well. However, today I ordered a large meal, but when I got to the window, they said I had ordered a medium meal. I politely asked if they could change it to what I originally wanted. I received a large drink but still got medium fries, and that was how my burger was served. They should really emphasize to their employees not to overlook any small discrepancies, as some customers may have food allergies or dietary restrictions.

I was at the restaurant waiting to get my food when a lady yelled at me because the order meant for me was given to the car in front of me. She implied that I didn’t know what I had ordered, which wasn’t true. Instead of apologizing, she spoke to me rudely, suggesting that I was at fault for my order confusion. I was very unhappy with the experience, especially since we had ordered a cold burger and a fish sandwich.

We were served by the best and always well respected. she makes an ingenious job, works hard to give her customers good and hot food. again thanks for the great service when we are over. her awesome .food: 5/5

Came through drive thru 10/6 to order food lady manager was really nasty with me on head set. She said adult happy meals was only for 2 days, which I called 3 different locations and was told it was until 10/30 or when they ran out . This McDonald’s is the worst . I use the think market st McDonald’s was the worst but not anymore . Their workers has the nastiest attitude. No real professional workers .. I guess this is why they are still employed at MCDONALDS and not CHICK FIL A . Sorry workers.. will never have anything .
