Roko Italian Cuisine - Wilmington

Every time I visit, the food is absolutely delicious! I make it a point to try something different each time. The portion sizes are generous, and I always end up bringing home leftovers. Their homemade desserts are truly outstanding, with the Tiramisu being my personal favorite. The restaurant is cozy, and if there's a wait, it's definitely worth it.

The homemade pasta was fantastic. Veal Marsala was rich, delicate and tasty? highly recommended. Scallop scampi with Risotto was excellent. Cesar Salat also recommended. The staff was excellent: friendly, helpful and made us welcome and appreciated. One of the best meals on our trip!

Tonight, we dined at Roko to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary. Our waitress, Kaylee, was fantastic—funny, friendly, and very attentive. She even had the kitchen write a special note on our dessert. The service was exceptional, and the most surprising part was that she shared with us at the end of our meal that it was her first shift working alone. Incredible job, Roko! We will definitely recommend this place to all our friends!

Recommended by a friend, we drove an hour and a half to give this place a try—and it did not disappoint! The food was incredible, perfectly prepared and served. Our server, Garrett, was excellent and played a big part in making our evening so enjoyable. From the warm greetings and smiles when we arrived to getting the booth we requested, everything was just right. It was a perfect evening, and we will definitely be returning!

My fiancé and I went here as a vacation date night because they have linguine and clam sauce as well as calamari with marinara, and we're so glad we picked Roko! We tried to get a table at peak dinner hour without a reservation and they didn't have anything until after 8:00, so we made a reservation for the following evening at 6:30. We can see why you need to call in advance to eat here- the food was really spectacular! Also our waitress from Brooklyn was awesome! Being that we're from Connecticut, it was cool to talk with someone from up close to home about how lovely North Carolina is. My fiancé even said that her linguine and clams might have been the best she's ever had, and she's gotten that dish with fresh clams in CT, Florida as well as Maine so I'd say that's high praise! We'll remember this place and if we come back we'll absolutely make sure to stop here again.
