Taco Bell - Wilmington

I was looking at the app and wanted something from that menu. I was told I needed to place my oder from the app to get the food from that menu since it wasn't on the drive-thru board. The Taco Bell app was having issues and would not accept my payment so Iabandoned my Taco Bell visit and went somewhere else.

Really friends staff and one of the better Taco Bells in this area. Never had an order wrong and I go almost once a week. I barely review places, let alone fast food, but they really are the best Taco Bell I have been to.

Upon my turn, I received a rather unwelcoming greeting and was informed by a nice lady that they were "out of beef." I thought that was fine—it happens—so I simply adjusted my order. However, I was then told there was a 30-minute wait for food. I found this puzzling since the cars that left before me seemed to have picked up their food without delay. I responded, "Okay, great," and went ahead with my phone order. When I pulled up to the window, there were no other cars in line. That’s when the nice gentleman entered the scene, and I must say he remained professional throughout the ordeal. It was impressive how he kept his composure while waiting. However, I couldn’t help but notice a troubling situation behind him: one female employee was standing off to the side, and another worker was making threatening comments to her, getting up close and making aggressive hand gestures. I was shocked this was occurring right in front of the window with customers present. Unsurprisingly, my food was ready in under five minutes, and I was able to leave. Overall, I was extremely disappointed by this experience and felt particularly bad for the female employee who was being harassed. It was frustrating not being able to stand up for her.

This Taco Bell was clean and had a friendly atmosphere. I placed my order online, and it was prepared quickly. Everything was fresh and tasted just as I anticipated. The restroom is quite spacious with a large single room. While the outdoor area doesn’t have tables, there are plenty of benches for sitting and eating, similar to those you’d find in a parking lot. Additionally, there are parasols provided outside for shade.

The staff at this Point in Ogden, Wilmington, North Carolina, are consistently friendly and very accurate, making for an overall excellent experience.
