Bidra med feedbackExperince the worst eating was cold and when I spoke to a manager, I think her name is shawanda she was the most rude unprofessional manager with whom ever was spoken. had not apologized at all or seemed to care, but after talking to her I can see why. around this place they should end them and half the employees and hire better people to run the business thing when it goes on as they go, they will run this place into the floor.
Took forever at the drive thru had a vehicle waiting in front of us that demanded his money back the fries was old and the ice cream in the cup was so hard you needed a chisel to break a piece off had to let that sit for a long time in order to eat it glad we were just passing through
My customer service experience was good here. The staff did great. The food was tasty.Parking: Great free parking.
I'll give them a 0 rating i got a western burger combo. Asked for extra bbq sauce, non was there fries cold I specifically asked for fresh fries. Drove 10mins back to the 301 location in Wilson Nc and got another full combo asked for fresh everything and fries. Fries was cold and onion rings on burger was hard as a rock and my bun was stale smh. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
Order a 5 piece chicken tenders and they charge me for it got home and it was a 3 piece instead including the food was very cold were I live 7 mins up the road so there no way it could have got that cold that quick. I didn't go to the Hardee up the road across from Walmart like i normally do because I went there 2 days through the drive-thru and I waited 10 mins at the order window after be told to wait I would understand if they were busy but both times there was only a car or two in line.
