Simple Twist - Wilson's Mills

The food was okay. I got a chicken sandwich and it was just okay. My husband got a Philly and said it was pretty good. He wanted sweet potato fries but they were out. The regular fries however, were amazing! I would go back and try a different dish.

No A/C, very hot. Employee touching food with no gloves. Dirty atmosphere, overheard employees talking rude about customers, French fries were very soggy from bad cooking oil, would never go back again.

Treated myself to a coffee and Brunch Wrap while out for a Sunday morning motorcycle ride to Smithfield and beyond. The wrap was excellent! Scrambled eggs, ham, real cheddar cheese and the tomatillo salsa — with the wrap heated on their grill. The heated cheddar cheese was hot and melted, which was just perfect! Very attentive wait staff as I ate indoors. 5-stars

I forgot to take pictures however I am not thrilled about their food. We got our pickle chips the same time we got our shrimp and grits and mexiblue (I forgot what it was called) The pickle chips had no flavor besides pickles which is fine but I wasn’t expecting a little more. The shrimp and grits where only good because if the cheese sauce that gets added to it. Now my food. My rice was COLD my chicken was dry and again COLD. It had a bone in it. The he cheese you can tell was just thrown in there it didn’t even melt a little and one bite of my meat was SALMON. Then when I asked for a to go box it came broken! On both sides I couldn’t pack it up even if I tried. Definitely a place we might not return too.
