Urban Cup - Wilsonton Heights

We visited Urban Cup for Sunday morning breakfast. My son and I had the avo smash with maple bacon, and his fiancée had the big breakfast. The coffees were very good and the food was excellent. Best of all, the service was ultra fast and the staff friendly and obliging. This place is on the market so I hope the new owners keep to these very high standards. Well done Urban Cup, and thank you!

I'm writing this in the hope that the owners take time to read feedback. Normally have loved the meals and feel of Urban Cup- even with the change of ownership. This week however I was almost ready to walk out without ordering after seeing a terribly messy display shelf full of **** and something called a 'nappy cake' which certainly sounds super disgusting to have in a cafe!!! Certainly didn't want to even look at the real cakes then! I think owners are losing their identity and clutching at weird ideas to make income. Try cleaning the cafe more, tidying away the **** and mess and serving with a smile, or even trying conversation. The meal was terrible and burnt on top, not heated through -but the hot chips accompanying it were good. Not sure that I'll return again after the poor impression I got this week- and it makes me sad to say that. Pick up your game Urban Cup and look at your business from a customer prospective.

Queued for 10 minutes to get counter service and waited one hour for breakfasts. Coffee and food would have been better if it was hot or even warm. Owner apologised to us and said girl on the till was in training. Not sure what that had to do with meals taking so long. Have been there before when things were much better.

I had the urban benedict with chorizo, was definitely different but it was really good! Coffee was nice, and great service from the lovely staff

Great spot with nice atmosphere, with best eggs benedict and good coffee and hot chocolate and friendly service
