Cones N More - Winchester

Soft serve is good but the snow cones taste terrible and they don’t have a kids size. I paid like $5 for a massive snow cone my toddler wouldn’t eat, which is unheard of. I tasted it and it tasted like chlorine.

First time visiting, and the servers recommendations were fantastic. Great ice cream, great toppings, fun staff to talk to, just fantastic.If you've not been here before, do yourself a favor and stop; they've got your ice cream waiting for you.

We enjoy its location, the product, the speed and quality of the service. Highly recommended.Packs is a standalone, sharing parking lot with Liberty gas station and a mechanic shop.

Ice cream great could use a little more attention on brownie deserts

Delicious. A kids size is a great cone size! I got pumpkin and it was fantastic. We also got a large cherry milkshake it was made perfectly! Also, large van/ choc swirl cone amazing, it must of had 15 swirls. The taste is soooo good. Very reasonably priced.
