Starbucks - Winder

I just love the workers they are sooo nice and sometimes they write stuff on my drink it always makes my day

This location is actual trash. They hire the rudest young people to work this location. If you aren't an elder person they give you no smile, no hint of joy, they blank stare at you. Twice my order was wrong and the workers act like it's my fault they couldn't get it right. I would rather drive to Bethlehem or 30 mins to Lawrenceville, even 45 mins towards Atlanta then come back here.

All employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient at their job! If I am having a bad day they even write encouraging words on my cup and call me by my name when I walk in. Thank you for being kind always. This is another reason I keep coming back.

I’ve been sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes. They’ve moved only 3 cars ahead of me.

For the first time ever I was treated really rude by the woman at the window with no name tag. After sitting in line for 30 minutes watching her chat it up with the car in front of me for 7 of those minutes I was pretty frustrated. I asked her a question when I got to the window she literally heard me and ignored me then I asked the question and she did it again, and then I asked the question again, and she finally answered extremely rude. Then I called and asked for the manager Brandon and he was so unorganized and confuse me with the words that he was saying I literally just hung up.
