This place is a joke. 45 minutes for 2 burgers and a kids fry. Restaurant is disgustingly filthy. Kids running everything, starting a fight in the kitchen area shouting ?F-this and F-that and F-you? it?s a Monday night. They aren?t that busy. Teenage employees too busy running their mouths to do their job. We were given the wrong order and when I took it back up the girl snatched the bag and rolled her eyes as if I were my fault she gave us the wrong order. When we got our order it was dry, the burgers were cooked to a crisp and the fries were soggy. The other burgerfi locations are great, and funnily enough there were training guides left on the front counter for everyone to see. Get it together. There was one employee (didn?t catch his name) that was very kind and actually went and made our order for us (he had longer curly hair and glasses) he?s about all they have going for them. -35/10

They didn?t have any ketchup for my daughters plain fries the fries didn?t taste seasoned so we didn?t like them except for the loaded ones ordered mustard/ketchup on my burger but when asked for ketchup the cashier said the store was out which I didn?t understand. She was kind of rude too! The food is a bit pricey too!

Got introduced to Burgerfi on 03/18/22. WOW and OMG are the first words that comes to mind. They burgers are amazing and they have vegan burgers that are so full of flavor. They do have beer and wine. Cheesy fries are also amazing.

Jason was so amazing! We had such a great experience at BurgerFi! It?s a great, clean location (even clean bathrooms! , easy parking, and great food! Thank you Jason for making my nephews so happy with your kindness! You made our day! We?ll definitely be coming back!
