Bidra med feedbackOur pizza was so burnt we had to use a butcher knife to cut it and it was still difficult. I do not recommend this place for pizza. But what I do recommend to get is there cheese bread
Excellent customer service. Allowed us to have a drink while waiting on our pizza. They were closing up and chairs were up, but they still allowed us to hangout while giving great conversation. Food was on point and drink reccomendations were informed and excellent. Highly reccomend!
I drove 20 minutes to this location because it was the closest to my house. The staff pressured me to order quickly, and then we waited for nearly an hour to get our food. Ridiculous. I am never coming back. Manage your ovens better.
We keep trying this place because our son loves it. But I'm currently sitting and waiting for a pizza at almost 1 hour wait time. The place is not packed and the pizza isn't Chicago deep dish. Literally the worst when it comes to getting food out in a timely manner. It's also overpriced. The bar is separate but very unlikely to find someone behind the bar let alone know what they offer in terms of beer and wine. Service is pretty consistent across the board...will be waiting at least 45 minutes to an hour. Good quality is most of the time decent.
DISREGARD NEGATIVE REVIEWS...The reviews for the place are so confusing. I am currently sitting here for the 2nd time this week (2nd time ever as well) because of how amazing of an experience it has been. The garlic bread is no doubt the best I have ever had and we were blown away by that. The pizza was fantastic, I saw people complaining about the pizza being burnt but this pizza is true to NY style even with the cooking style. The 3 employees were beyond amazing. I have worked in restaurants quite a bit when I was younger and I can say that you aren 't finding truly genuine employees like they have here. They are just super nice and caring younger people. My father in law lives in Missouri and he is very upset he doesn 't have one there. A
