Bidra med feedbackMy experience was good, by the photos I took you can see that it is a busy place, so I don’t think that food would “sit “ there for hours, in my opinion food quality wasn’t, as bad as a lot of reviews here say. And it’s one of the few Chinese food places which serves “halal” food for Muslims. I’m glad I found this buffet and hope I will be a regular customer.
I would not recommend this restaurant. I was disgusted to see rice being refilled from a dirty red washing up bowl, and then the same bowl being used to clear a table. The hygiene standards were very concerning. The toilets were also not well-maintained, making me nervous about the cleanliness of the kitchen. I left the restaurant feeling uneasy and would not consider returning.
I cannot even give this restaurant a one-star rating. I have no idea what is in those dirty wash basins they use to serve the food. I strongly urge people to read reviews before dining here, as they are definitely telling the truth.
Kicking myself as I always look at trip advisor before eating anywhere! So you pay upfront, before you see the food. Not much of a selection, and the food that was out, the meat was tough as old boots, no egg rice. Saw them topping up the sweet and sour dish with this red runny liquid from a washing up bowl! Avoid!! You would think this was good bearing in mind where the restaurant is situated.
The Chinese food at this restaurant was incredibly delicious and authentic. I was surprised by the negative comments I had heard, as the £5 plate was well-priced. The drinks were a bit expensive at £2, but overall my family enjoyed the meal. The cherry on top was the fireworks display before Windsor Castle in honor of the Queen's platinum jubilee.
