Talked with the Uber driver and he explained how he argued with the employee(s) for 5 minutes that our order couldn’t be right due to the amount of food ordered and the size of the bag they gave him. No one did a second check and they insisted it was “good”. Never again
Ordered with my Family last night. The order was delayed but no worries. Problem is, if that's the case, shouldn't it be right. After a few bites, I realized my burrito had no lettuce or cheese we ordered. Ask everyone about there's and same...no lettuce or cheese. This is the second time they've messed up my order here. No point in calling, clearly they have issues and don't seem to want to fix them. This location wasn't always like this. Seems the service went down and has remained bad for a while. So, maybe this and other reviews will warn others that this location isn't the best. So unlike the service this company is known for.
WORST LOCATION EVER WHO’s the Manager . This location needs ALOT OF HELP. they was behind on online/delivery orders/ and regular people who are coming into order as well The Line was LONG because they ran out of chicken and steak. When you get low you should have someone making more you do not wait until the last min to fix more meat.
I bought 4 bowls, the server was tossing the food in the plate. I simple ask her to be more gently. As the food was all over on the counter. She started yelling at me that she has a line and she's doing her job. Regardless of the line I was also in the line waiting patiently for my food she has no right or no reason to disrespect me. I was with my son so I didn't want to create a scene but it's the nastiest service I have ever receive . I don't know where she got her training from but that is a reason why Chick-fil-A will always stand out as the best service for fast food restaurants because their service is very very good and they are not disrespectful to their customers. we are all paying for our food with our hard earned money. Me not going back there will not affect the business but I hope one day she will meet on the wrong person.
Had to go back several times cause they messed up online order 1st time gave me the bag with correct name and order info but wrong food inside...different order completely...2nd time it wasn't the right order...ordered extra everything and it was even less then what a normal order would be..so i go back a 3rd time I gave food back and asked them to put money back on card and they said I had to go online/call customer service. They offered no apology no nothing. Unorganized and management on 11/17 pm shift sucked. Will never eat from this place or Chipotle again. They said they were busy initially but when I went back the second and last time there were employees sitting doing nothing and trash/food all over floor and tables shewn about . Wish I could give zero stars.
