Burger King - Windsor

Some new supplements in their menu was a breath of fresh air, esp spicy crispy chicken burgers that try me again and also change my review. Other burgers are also delicious. Look at it!

Food was ready quickly and the quality was good. However, the eating area needs some more attention. The garbage bins were full and the floors were were dirty, with garbage strewn about. There was no ice and only one straw at the drink station when I got my meal. When I went for a refill they had put an additional six straws in the straw container. That seemed odd. Maybe they have a straw theft problem!

Milkshake was nice. They wouldn't met me use the bathroom until I had ordered which is stupid. For anyone needing to use it, the current code is 2320

Don 't ask for something plain because apparently that 's a word the drive through staff don 't understand or can 't hear. I 'll have a chicken sandwich with cheese PLAIN. I get it and if course there 's lettuce and mayo on it. Grrrr. I wasn 't going to drive all the way back after getting home. So if you want them to hear you have to loudly say each ingredient you don 't want. I 'll have a chicken sandwich with cheese, NO LETTUCE and NO MAYO. That 's how you have to say it. It 's not just BK. McDonalds has the same problem.

The staff behavior in there is a disaster and the management is awful… a man came in and wanted to use the bathroom but they did not allow him until he made an order! What if he was in hurry or had a physical problem and need the bathroom immediately! The place is also very filthy and I saw the person who was making the burgers not having any gloves during this Covid time!
